During the first year of his Presidency, Biden has made it clear that, in his eyes, not all human lives are created equal.

It is a sad, sick truth.

President Trump became the first sitting President to attend the March for Life. Biden had the opportunity to continue this trend on Friday.

Instead, he stayed quiet.

Biden has pledged to fight the Supreme Court should they overturn Roe v. Wade, the forty-year-old mistake that legalized abortion.

He kept the Hyde Amendment out of his budget, allowing taxpayer dollars to fund abortion. Your hard-earned money could pay for the end of another person’s life.

President Biden does not think unborn children’s lives matter.

Earlier this week, during his rambling and incoherent press conference, President Biden accidentally exposed his true stance on Russia invading Ukraine; a “minor incursion” is excusable.

When it comes to invading another country unprovoked, there is no such thing as a “minor incursion.” This statement was nothing more than a green light for Putin to push ahead with his plan to violently invade his neighbors to the South.

President Biden doesn’t think Ukrainian lives – our allies’ lives – matter.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time Biden turned his back on our allies. During the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, despite promising that no Americans would be abandoned, this Administration surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban without so much as a second thought for our stranded brothers and sisters.

To this day, there are still Americans trying to flee the Taliban’s regime. People who served the American military as translators, who were promised protection by the federal government for advancing the cause of freedom and democracy, were left to the mercy of the Taliban.

Broken promises are President Biden’s calling card. He doesn’t think the lives of those living in Afghanistan – even those of American citizens – matter.

The list goes on. He’s openly made it more difficult for police officers to do their jobs. He enacted policies that put more people at risk of dying from COVID-19 because hospitals are understaffed and cannot comply to his strict demands.

Earlier this week, President Biden asked, “What are Republicans for?”

I have an answer for him. We are for life. We are for defending our allies. We are for protecting the American people, even those who live abroad. We are for supporting our men and women in blue. We are for medical freedom and smaller government.

We are for all of the people that Joe Biden pretends don’t matter or don’t even exist.

Tuesday, January 18, 2022: Supply chain and labor shortage issues are real for me today as my scheduled direct flight from Savannah to Washington is cancelled and I scramble to find another flight. My only option to get me to Washington in time for votes tonight is to fly through Newark, N.J., and then to Washington, consuming much more time than usual.

Once I finally arrive at the Capitol, my first meeting is with representatives from the oil and gas sector who are concerned about their facilities in Mexico being shut down by the Mexican government.

After our weekly Whip team meeting, I head to the House Chamber for our first vote of the week and afterwards remain in the Chamber where I pay tribute to Jonathan Marquess who has recently been named Georgia Pharmacy Association (GPhA) Vice President of the Academy of Independent Pharmacy (AIP).

Wednesday, January 19, 2022: After our weekly GOP Conference this morning, I head to the House Chamber where I pay tribute to Ellen Welch from Morgan County, Ava Dorminey from Savannah, and the City of Rincon in Effingham County.

Next, I head to an Energy and Commerce (E&C) Energy Subcommittee hearing on infrastructure that I waive onto before heading to a GOP leadership and Doctors Caucus press conference to discuss the Biden Administrations failed COVID-19 response.

Afterwards, I have a call with the Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm, to discuss a letter I sent her regarding American oil company investments in Mexico. Secretary Granholm will be traveling to Mexico this week to meet with Mexican officials, including President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, to discuss Mexico’s proposed energy reforms on U.S. private investment in the country.

Next, I attend the conservative Republican Study Committee (RSC) meeting before heading to the House Chamber for our first and only vote series of the day. Once back in my office, I join in virtually on an E&C member briefing with former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Stephen Hahn to discuss user fees.

Next, I head back to the House Chamber where I speak during a GOP special order on the first anniversary of the Biden Administration. Once back in my office, I meet with Brandon McCartney, originally from Liberty County, who is doing great work supporting American interests in Afghanistan by assisting Afghan and American citizens still in the country.

After recording a Doctors Caucus Public Service Announcement (PSA) encouraging blood donations, I head back to my office where I have a great meeting with a home school family from Brunswick who are visiting Washington and share with me the importance and benefits of home schooling.

Thursday, January 20, 2022: I’m on the radio first thing this morning, beginning with my good friend John Fredericks as we discuss President Biden's press conference yesterday and his first year in office.

Next, I join my good friends on the world famous Butch and Bob show in Jesup as we discuss the aforementioned subjects. After stopping by a Doctors Caucus meeting where we hear from Dr. Peter Marks, Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) within FDA, I head to the House Chamber where I pay tribute to National Champion University of Georgia Quarterback Stetson Bennett, who hails from Blackshear in Pierce County in the First District.

Next, I head to a meeting of the Conservative Climate Caucus where we hear from Anne Bradbury, CEO of the American Exploration and Production Council, before heading to the House Chamber for our last vote series of the week.

After attending a GOP press conference where we discuss President Biden’s year of crises, I head back to my office and join in virtually to a Natural Resources Committee hearing where they are considering one of my bills.

Next, I head to the Congressional Visitors Center (CVC) where I film this week’s edition of Buddy’s Briefings before heading to the airport for my return flight to Georgia.

Friday, January 21, 2022: I’m live this morning on CSPAN's Washington Journal as I take calls from listeners from across the country.

Later, I have a radio interview with my good friend, Martha Zoller as we discuss the growing epidemic of drug addiction in our country.

Next, I join in on a virtual E&C Health subcommittee briefing with U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy as we discuss health misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

After a call with Coast Guard leadership to discuss the replacement of the North and South Towers at the Brunswick Port, I have a live interview on One America News Network (OANN) to discuss New Mexico using National Guard troops to keep their public schools open.
