I remain unconvinced that this Administration has a strategy or the determination and unyielding resolve to rid the earth of the scourge that is ISIS. The threat of radical Islamist terrorism is real and our President must allow our military leaders to create a strategy to accomplish this task. Congress stands ready to provide them with the resources they need.
