WASHINGTON, D.C. – University of Georgia graduate Rep. Earl L. “Buddy” Carter (R-GA) and Texas Christian University graduate Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) placed a friendly wager today ahead of Monday night’s College Football National Championship game between the two schools. 


The Member supporting the losing team will wear the winning team’s jersey on the House Floor. Rep. Carter is seeking a repeat victory, having won the same bet with Rep. Jerry Carl (R-AL) last year.
