Washington, D.C.- U.S. Representative Earl L. Buddy Carter released the following statement regarding the news of the August 29th airstrike killing Afghan civilians including 7 children.
 
“I am praying for the families of the victims,” said Carter. “President Biden’s incompetence and negligence surrounding the withdrawal from Afghanistan is astounding. My heart aches at the news that innocent women and children were brutally and senselessly murdered. I’m angered by the fact that it was due to a U.S. drone strike - especially as this could have been avoided. Joe Biden is unfit to serve as commander in chief and must resign.”
